Collection Policies:
1.- Payments in Advance:
In order for the company to protect itself from last minute changes and cancellations, we are forced to ask for the total price, which will serve to be able to reserve the contracted services.
2.- Means of payment:
QR YAPE AND PLIN AND BANK TRANSFERS TO THE ACCOUNT IN DOLLARS.
The amount of payment is specified in US dollars (USD) and/or in Nuevos Soles (PEN), in case of making the payment in Nuevos Soles, this amount will be subject to the current monetary exchange rate that changes every day.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the tour departure date for a full refund.
Any cancellation within 7 days and up to 24 hours before the tour departure date will be charged the deposit paid.
Any cancellation within 24 hours or no-show will be charged 100% of the full price.
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or breakdown, we will refund your reservation.
Refund policies:
The user who made the purchase will be the only one authorized to request cancellation or modification and the only one who will receive the refund. The amount refunded does not include additional payments for taxes and/or commissions from bank agents or international transfer agents.
The time of the refund will depend on whether it is personal or online, which may take between 3 to 10 business days, being able to use different means of international and national transfer.
