The Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca, is a fascinating testimony to the beauty and grandeur that nature can achieve over time.

This experience is perfect for nature and hiking lovers, whether with family, as a couple, with friends or even for those adventurers who prefer to explore alone in search of new emotions and discoveries.
RAINBOW MOUNTAIN VINICUNCA 01 DAY
- 04:00 – 04:30 The tour starts with the pick up from your hotel in Cusco.
- 04:30 – 07:00 We start the trip from Cusco to the town of Cusipata.
- We have free time to have breakfast.
- 08:30 – 11:00 We continue to the check point and start our hike to the Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain.
- Upon reaching the summit we will have free time to enjoy the scenery and take pictures of the beautiful colorful mountain and the imposing snow-capped peaks.
- 12:00 – 13:00 We start with the return to our transport and then return to the town of Cusipata.
- We have free time for lunch.
- 14:30 – 16:30 At the end of our journey back to the city of Cusco.
Our experience ends in the Regocijo square.
- Overcome a new limit, reach 5200 meters above sea level.
- Discover the highest mountain in Cusco, the Ausangate.
- Meet people who live near the mountain and discover its history.
The tour begins quite early on average 04:00 am in which the transport passes by our hotel to take us first to the sector of Cusipata place where we can enjoy a delicious breakfast, however we must take into account not to eat much to enjoy the road with tranquility. The transport then takes us to the control sector at the base of the mountain, here our transport leaves us and begins our adventure of walking for a period of 1 hour and 30 minutes uphill enjoying the snowy mountains, the unique climate and a road full of muleteers with horses, finally we arrive at our destination, the Arcoiris Mountain where we will have free time to enjoy it on our own and take the best photos. At the end we will return by the same road to get back to our transport to finally return to the town of Cusipata where we can have lunch comfortably. Our return trip ends in Cusco at 16:30 pm in the San Francisco square.
